IMCARES was founded by Pastor Peter Will in 1982. Since then Pastor Peter Will (Koinonia Calvary Chappell) and Brother Markus Egger (Leader Inter-Mission Germany) continually impart their vision and spiritual guidance.


IMCARES is governed by dedicated and committed born again Christian leaders from various walks of life and churches who form the board of trusties:

Pastor Sumitra Gaikwad and Vishnanti Gaikwad IMCARES is lead by Pastor Sumitra Gaikwad as the Executive Director. He is also the founding President of IMCARES (then IID (West)).
Timothy Gaikwad and Sonali Gaikwad Timothy Gaikwad looks after all the projects of IMCARES and is the Project Manager. He is directly responsible for the Pavement Ministry, Joy Clubs and the HIV/AIDS program (IMPACT).
Joyce Bundellu – Project Manager Joyce Bundellu is directly responsible for all the Children programs of IMCARES.

The Staff of IMCARES comprises of simple and dedicated born again Christians from various Churches in the City of Mumbai. At present there are 35 Staff, 10 Community Training Course Students and several other volunteers sharing the agape love of God with the poorest of the poor and those in need.
The IMCARES ministry reaches out to approximately 950 people every day.

Pastor Sumitra Gaikwad – Ausführender Direktor
IMCARES wird geleitet von dem Ausführenden Direktor, Pastor Sumitra Gaikwad. Er ist auch der gründende President von IMCARES (früher IID (West)).
Timothy Gaikwad – Projekt Manager
Timothy Gaikwad beaufsichtigt alle Projekte von IMCARES. Er ist direkt verantwortlich für das Bürgersteig Projekt, die Kindertreffen und das HIV/AIDS Program (IMPACT).
Joyce Bundellu – Projekt Manager
Joyce Bundellu ist direkt verantwortlich für alle Kinderprojekte von IMCARES.

Mitarbeiter
Die Mitarbeiterschaft von IMCARES besteht aus einfachen, engagierten Christen aus verschiedenen Kirchen Mumbais. Zur Zeit sind 35 MitarbeiterInnen, zehn Gemeindetraining-Studenten und einige ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiter in die Projekte IMCARES’ involviert. Sie geben die Agape-Liebe Gottes an die Ärmsten unter den Armen und an Bedürftige weiter.
Die Dienste von IMCARES erreichen täglich ca. 950 Personen.
